Structural Connection & Safety Design

In terms of structural connection, the platform reflects the rigor of detailed design. The bottom profiles are mostly connected at a 45-degree angle to make the overall frame more stable; the handrails are connected through step pipe connectors such as 45-degree four-way and 135-degree two-way connections to form a smooth and safe protective barrier; the handrails and the lower structure are fixed with step accessories such as side bases and corner plates, further improving the safety of use. The bottom aluminum profile frame is connected with strong corner pieces, and is equipped with ground corner pieces and nylon hoof feet. The fixed or mobile mode can be selected according to actual needs - when there is no need for movement, it is fixed on the ground with feet, and if there is a need for movement, casters are installed, making it easy to achieve flexible operations.
