A small mechanical operation workbench assembled from all-aluminum profiles. From the support frame to the table top, all industrial aluminum profiles are used. The core columns are made of ENI-8-4080E-T aluminum profiles. Horizontal connecting rods are installed on the left and right sides of the four main columns. The bottom horizontal An additional through-shaped profile is added between the poles to form an I-shaped reinforcement structure. The top support area also adopts the same I-shaped layout, which greatly increases the torsional load-bearing capacity of the overall frame while being lightweight, fully adapting to the continuous operation needs of small processing equipment.

The countertop part is surrounded by 2020 aluminum profiles to form a rectangular frame. The interior is made of 2040 or 2080 aluminum profiles for equidistant splicing according to the load-bearing requirements of the equipment. The splicing process adopts a built-in punching connection process, without the need for exposed accessories. The surface of the countertop is flat and has no bulges, which will not affect equipment placement and personnel operation. The connection between the countertop and the supporting frame below is fastened with high-strength strong angle pieces and matching bolts and nuts. The connection gap is small and the load-bearing is even. There will be no problem of the countertop shifting or loosening after long-term use.

Adjustable hoof feet are installed at the bottom of the four columns, which can not only adapt to the uneven floor of the workshop, but also fine-tune the level of the workbench according to work needs to meet the tolerance requirements for precision equipment debugging. The entire workbench does not require welding and is assembled using standard aluminum profile accessories. It is highly flexible for later modifications: operators can quickly build fixed brackets with small aluminum profiles according to the size of the new equipment, and can also install safety shields as needed. There is no need to destructively modify the original frame during the whole process, making it perfectly suitable for flexible production scenarios of small batches and multiple categories.
