All-Aluminum Profile Mechanical Operation Workbench

A small mechanical operation workbench assembled from all-aluminum profiles. From the support frame to the table top, all industrial aluminum profiles are used. The core columns are made of ENI-8-4080E-T aluminum profiles. Horizontal connecting rods are installed on the left and right sides of the four main columns. The bottom horizontal An additional through-shaped profile is added between the poles to form an I-shaped reinforcement structure. Countertop Construction & Connection

The countertop part is surrounded by 2020 aluminum profiles to form a rectangular frame. The interior is made of 2040 or 2080 aluminum profiles for equidistant splicing according to the load-bearing requirements of the equipment. The splicing process adopts a built-in punching connection process, without the need for exposed accessories. The surface of the countertop is flat and has no bulges, which will not affect equipment placement and personnel operation. The connection between the countertop and the supporting frame below is fastened with high-strength strong angle pieces and matching bolts and nuts. The connection gap is small and the load-bearing is even. There will be no problem of the countertop shifting or loosening after long-term use.
